Guy E. Fleming, age 87, passed away July 12, 2014 at his home in Mt. Ida. He was born September 30, 1926 to Robert Edward Fleming and Myrtle B. Horn in Archibald, LA. Mr. Fleming was a retired engineer from Union Pacific Railroad.

Services will be held Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Faith Tabernacle in Mt. Ida with Brother Paul Burke officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. before the funeral service at the church. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Bryant at 1:30 p.m. Pallbearers: David James, Virgil Cypert, Fred Bradley, Dink Davis, Dustin Williams and Travis Hughes. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home. Guest registry is at thorntonfh.com.
