Rosie M. Morgan, age 84, of Mount Ida, passed away August 1, 2014 in Hot Springs, AR. She was born September 27, 1929 to the late William B. Morgan and Mary Lee Gibson. She was preceded in death by her parents, one infant son, sons Roy Allen and David T. Allen, one sister and one grandchild, Joyce Allen.

A host of friends and familyThere will be general visitation on Monday 8-4 p.m. at Thornton Funeral Home in Mount Ida. Services will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at Jesus Name Peace Tabernacle Church with Brother David Whitmire and Brother John Phillips officiating. Pallbearers: Donnie Summitt, David Allen, Tony Alexander, Aaron Allen, Steven Kirkpatrick and Andrew Fechuch. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida.
