    Makayla Alexis Wardrobe, age 15, passed away November 25, 2014 in Little Rock, AR. She was born December 31, 1998 to Jason Wardrobe and Dorlesa Barmettler in Reno, NV. She was full of life and loved the community of Mount Ida. Makayla captured the hearts of everyone she met. Her smile would light up the room as soon as she entered. She loved people and wanted everyone to love one another. Her favorite quote was “I love you”.

    Survivors include: Mother: Dorlesa Barmettler, Father: Jason Wardrobe, 2 Brothers: Gerome Garrett and Ladorius Moore, Sister: Lazira Moore, Grandmothers: Sherry Pierce and Lottie Sullivan, Grandfathers: David Pierce and John Wardrobe, 4 Aunts: Johanna Barmettler, Hildogard Barmettler, Jamie Feast and Vallie Pierce, Uncle: Daniel Pierce, 6 cousins: Bryce Kowres, Kylie Schuster, Conor Atwell, Aiden Barmettler, Wolfgang Wenneker and Helmouth Wenneker; and, of course, a host of family and friends.

    There will be a memorial service held at Thornton Funeral Home in Mt. Ida, AR on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Guest registry is at thorntonfh.com.
