Emma Lou Dunaway Shaw, went to be with the Lord on February 8, 2015. Emma was born June 30, 1934 to Ira and Faye Dunaway in Oden, AR. Emma worked at Burton Eisle Clinic, Family Medicine Clinic and Mena Regional Medical Center. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed baking homemade rolls and delicious cakes for get- togethers. Emma was preceded in death by her parents, a sister; Wanda Jean Henderson, nephew; Chris Dunaway, nieces; Sarah Gossett Coffee and Melissa Henderson Logan, and Son-in-law; Hugh Crowley.

She is survived by her husband of almost 64 years, Dean Shaw, daughters; Debra Crowley Walker, and Donna Reyer (Dennis), Son; Tim Shaw, Grandchildren; Eric Crowley (Mandy), Emily Williams, Sabrina Shaw and Matthew Shaw, Great Grandchildren; Brianna and Drew Crowley and Jesslynn Williams, Sisters; Virginia Welchman and Kathy Gossett (Eugene), Brothers; Loyd and Kay Dunaway, Larry and Linda Dunaway and many nieces and nephews and a host of friends and loved ones.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 6-8 p.m. at Thornton Funeral Home in Mount Ida, AR. Services will be Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Lone Valley Church of God in Sims with Brother Bud Wilburn officiating . Interment will follow Pencil Bluff Cemetery. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, AR.
