    Jordyn came into this world on September 9, 2014. God welcomed her home on June 15, 2015. Her smile brightened our lives for too short a time. Jordyn is preceded in death by Great- Grandfathers Carl Smith and Everett Abernathy.
    Survived by:

    Mother: Alissa Abernathy Stearman

    Father: Joseph Stearman

    Brother: Landon McAdams

    Sister: Kobi Stearman

    Grandparents: Lisa Pearson (Eddy)
    Phillip Abernathy (Kim)
    Irina Veech (Carlton)

    Great- Grandparents: Helen Smith
    Laurine Abernathy

    Uncles: Carter Abernathy
    William Beech

    Aunts: Jennifer Stearman

    And a host of other family and friends

    Services will be Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Oden Methodist Church with Uncle Mike Smith officiating. Interment will follow at the Oden Cemetery. Pallbearers: Joseph Stearman, Phillip Abernathy, Bob Smith and Carter Abernathy. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, AR.

    God Bless all of your family. She was a beautiful baby girl. She is a beautiful little Angel now. I understand the pain of loosing a child. Nothing is worse, but I have also experienced Gods love and grace at the time of loosing my son. I Pray that God holds you in His Hands at this time with His great Love and Grace. God Bless.     You don't know me and I live in Georgia, but reading about this little girl's death has brought me to tears and I pray for each of the family members and friends who knew and loved this precious child. I am praying for you. Barbara
