    John Alan Chamberlain, age 66 of Pencil Bluff, passed away March 4, 2016 at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs, AR. He is preceded in death by his parents, one son Leon Logan Chamberlain, one daughter Deanna Rachelle Chamberlain and one great grandson. Mr. Chamberlain was in the Marine Corp and served in the Vietnam War. He loved to spend time in the outdoors and was an avid sportsman. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and was a friend to all that knew him.
    Survived by his wife Faydene Chamberlain of Pencil Bluff  his daughters, Katina Hobbs of Mena and Corey Rhone of Texas, his brother, Lester Chamberlain of Mena. 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren
    Mr. Chamberlain was sent for cremation under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida. Arkansas. Guest register at www.thorntonfh.com

    My condolences to the family n friends. I met John thru Lori when they lived in Saratoga, Wyoming . Nice n friendly family . I went to school with Lori. R. I. H. - Rest in Heaven.
