For the last eight years, mama has been here with us in Mount Ida in first our Assisted Living facility, then our nursing home. We are truly grateful to the staff of both these facilitties as well as Thornton Funeral Home for their kind, compassionate and professional services. It was truly a joy and an honor to have mama with us. I cherish all the time and fun that we had together in her later years. Getting to know her again was a priceless treasure, and we will miss her love, her sparkle and her wonderful sense of humor, but know she is dancing with her beloved Jim again and forever, in Gods loving grace! We love you now and always Mama!!!

Bill and I were privileged to get to meet and visit with Jo Anne several years ago in Mt. Ida. We enjoyed our visit and Jo Anne was funny and fun to be with and talk to. A really nice lady.
