Ezra H. Minton, age 91 of Story, AR, passed away May 15, 2017 in Little Rock, AR. He was born November 17, 1925 to the late Robert Minton and Nessie Holmes. Ezra is preceded in death by his parents, wife Mildred Minton, 2 great grandchildren, Jessie Lee and Robert Allen, and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his daughter, Thelma Mason(Luther) of Story, AR, son, James H. Minton(Elaine) of Story, AR, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 19, 2017 4 pm to 6 pm at Thornton Funeral Home in Mount Ida, AR. Services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 2:00 p.m. at Muddy Creek Church of God in Story, AR with Brother Don Vaughn officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Breashears Cemetery in Story, AR. Pallbearers: Glen Minton, Dennis Rose, Jimmy Abernathy, Russell Wallace, Luther Mason and Blaine Funderburk.
